This was my first shoot with some new lights I purchased (Flashpoint Ad400 Pro) I decided to shoot some lifestyle shots of a friend of mine, we walked just a block from my studio,

I set the flash to shoot High-Speed Sync, this is because I love shooting with a wide aperture on my lens which was the Sigma art 35mm f1.4 and I exposed first to the sun and had to use a speed of 1/4000 with iso 100, my subject would be all black with this settings but with help of the flash I was able to take some shots with a well-lit background and light on my model. If you have questions about this technique feel free to contact me via Instagram.

Here are some pictures from that first test, I need to get better but I have been practicing and learning a lot.
